Performance, evidence and accountability, connected
A service visit tells you work was done. It does not always tell you whether the system will perform.
FPS connects inspection and test results with identified defects, approved remedial works, completion evidence and Fire Safety Assessment. You see how your systems are performing and what needs action, property by property.
The assessor is not the technician.
Our Fire Safety Assessors are employed by FPS but work apart from the technicians who carry out routine servicing. The person verifying the work is not the person who performed it. That is a deliberate quality control, and it is why the assessment holds up under scrutiny.
In-house accredited assessment
FPAS-accredited Fire Safety Assessors employed by FPS, with accreditation coverage across all Essential Fire Safety Measures.
Records you can see
Every asset, inspection, test result, defect and completed action is captured in Uptick against the property it belongs to, alongside the on-site logbook required by AS 1851-2012. Authorised clients can be provided with portal access to relevant properties, servicing records, reports and outstanding items. They see the same records our team works from.
Scheduled to protect your AFSS date
Annual assessment is planned as early as the servicing programme allows, leaving time to quote, approve and rectify before the statement is due.
Technical accountability
Direct access to accountable technical leadership, with responsibility kept from the moment an issue is identified through to documented close-out.
Scale proves you're busy. The record proves you're good.
Since 2014, FPS has delivered across single buildings and complex multi-site portfolios throughout NSW. We don't lead with site counts or fleet size; any large contractor can show those. We'd rather be judged on what matters when a system has to work: accurate records, defects closed with evidence, and one accountable team behind every result.
- Consistent delivery
- Property-level records
- Clear defect ownership
- Coordinated remediation
- Portfolio visibility

Discuss how your systems are actually performing
Records tell you what was done. FPS can review your current arrangements and show where performance, visibility and risk can be improved across your buildings.
